Railing about issues like this without knowing the facts make liberty minded folks look like idiots. This is clearly another such case as nothing SA says here indicates he has even read the bill. Instead, he (and others) go off on these rants without knowing the facts or details. Read the actually bill people... it is not a good bill... but it does not authorize the horrors being described here.

They and many, many more clearly saw in the bill what you certainly didn't. It was one of the most twisted pieces of legislation ever devised, and it is a blessing it was stopped by Sen. Paul.

I wish Jack Hunter would dedicate with equal vigor a video on the waste, fraud and political money laundering in contracting, bases etc.. that has NOTHING to do with military readiness or the pay and care of our military and veterans. Our spending is our greatest National Security threat and they always throw in red meat so we are distracted from the real threat (spending and corruption) that makes this type of threat to our liberty possible with ever increasing frequency.

Once you get over the fact that you have been scared into fearing a bogeyman and co oped into giving all of our tax dollars to this waste which is "fraud and political money laundering in contracting, bases etc.." There is no way to get out of our "greatest National Security threat" without cutting the military war racket.

I support the wars over seas and the patriot act to a certain extent but this has crossed the line. Even if politicians can make a case for the law, the problem is that it will not solely be used real terrorists who do pose a threat to our country but it will be used as a weapon to go after and spy on political enemies of the federal government. The current political scorn from the left is that the right is "dangerous",which to them the next step is a direct danger so this law could go after us.
