its because they can and they know they will never get caught. its said that they people are some how involved with the drug cartel or are people of authority. its also said the police are being paid off to get rid of evidence.
all i know is that they are sick people that have mental issues. no one i know that are sane could live with killing woman.

I have also seen the movie Borderline and I have to say it cared me so much!! I am so sad for the woman that have to live and work there!
