Seriously though Ian Felice writes some of the best lyrics since Dylan and his brother Simone writes even better than him. Get a Felice Brothers record and really listen. Not to what notes they hit or miss but to the lyrics and the feeling in the vocals. So what if they play it loose and rough. Go listen to the Memphis Jug Band or any other old roots music. I guess that sucks for real too, eh?
They pour their heart and soul into what they do and that's what "folk" music is about. Not playing a self indulgent five minute solo while you stand there looking cool.
Felice brothers suck for real. Sloppy and just bad. Otherwise this is great.
