1.go to bottom right with the big earth, click it

2.go to top screen, click right till u see rainbow road

3.go to second bar on top screen, click it till it says worldwide

4.look at the front of the screen

5.see the third or second guy named nmk

6.race him

I know this was played a long time ago, but it is possible to dodge a blue shell with a shroom. U could have saved that shroom for a possible blue :P
