Holy cow - if we are looking to save $, stop with the Afghanistan mission! That's hundreds of millions a year, for years to come.  Why nickel and dime the lighthousekeepers?

For a man that obviously understands politics, and not just politics, but the complexities of Canadian politics, I always find it surprising to see him bashing Canada's parliamentary system of government. Because he should know that it's effective, even if things take a bit of time getting through Parliament.

Too bad we now have Pieces of USELESS FAT arsed SHITS like Mike Duffy and the other Media WHORE Pamela Wallin Sliming up the Senate. You may object to the Senate,but there was a Time that GOOD Reasonable People were appointed by Liberal and PC PMs to these Seats. Now we have Politcal Pundits that ONLY Follow the Party Line with NO INDEPENDENT Thought or Idea ALLOWED. I'm Sick of the Lapdogs on ALL Sides especially those in the MSM.

I say get rid of the Senate.

They are wasting Taxpayers money

on Salary, Expense accounts, and Pensions.

That way we could save a ton of cash!
