  • is not Russia

  • hea tekst käib video lõpus et ala siit või sealt saab pena lähme tõmbame pena kohe:S

  • how the fuck?! well, thats half a mil down the drain. poor driver though, anyone know how this happend?

  • @mrrocker:

I've known it to happen because of the shifting liquid load.

The "slosh" effect can nearly knock a truck over. You need to time your shifting and turning with the roll/slosh of the cargo.

Some truckers who haul hanging beef have similar problems cuz the load is constantly shifting while you drive.

I've seen these water tankers upside down a few times, although the drivers had far less experience than a professional fire fighter.

  • 00:16 truuparid kuivavad

  • see lendas mu sõbra aeda :D

  • Was that truck srapped or repaired?

  • pffff :D

  • in the Fire Department of Torhout(Belgium) has crashed also a fire truck it was a mercedes atego a new truck who crashed on the highway!!! good filmed :)

  • oops!!

  • Unfortunately, sometimes you gotta laugh

  • Auto on teistpidi ja kohe rahvas uudistamas et mis imeloom see küll seal olla võib. On nüüd asi mida vaadata noh :D

  • @ASFALT21 No ma arvan , et sa vaataksid seda ise kah , sest see pole just igapäevane asi kui tuletõrje auto on teisipidi :D

  • foreigners...

  • to tight of a turn

  • how do you flip a fire truck over like that

  • its not so hard though. Tha truck is full of water and if the tank is not toped up, than its very dangerous.

  • yeh, all the water would shift around and move the centre of gravity

  • !

    !

V whos gonna understand that????? mmm

  • Enne ülesriputamist oleks võinud seda videot natuke töödelda. Lõigand mõtetud kohad välja, seda 9 mindist jura küll otsast lõpuni vaadata ei viitsi.

  • @einarklaas Aga sa võid ju iga kell edasi kerida .

  • I dont get why people drive like that for...why make urself and ur fellow firefighres the Victum .. thats sad...

  • eesti elu

  • Yea the driver went a bit too fast through that curve. I hope he didn't get hurt. Too bad the old Scania from ca 1990, were so damaged. But maybe they can replace the cab, hammer out the tank, and continue using it. The wreckerguy with his old Scania 76 from late 60's did a great job. Interesting film, thanks for sharing.

  • thanks for watching. (*_*)

  • how the hell did he flip that !

  • I live in estonia and it was on the news. The Driver had been working a long time on the job already. The problem was that the tank was half-empty, so the water greated a high gravity and combined with excess speed in the corner causes this stuff.

  • its in estonia and i dont know abaut this crash

  • how in the world did that flip wow

  • its a lot easier to flip a firetruck than people think because of the water...the water tanks usually hold 500-1000 gallons and even though the tanks have baffles that water still sloshes around and that much water can really effect how a truck handles

  • That truck looks more like a tanker, i would guess 3000 to 4000 gallons

  • yea...they hold a lot more than that, the tanker at my department holds 2500 and the tanker in the town south of me holds 3500

  • rolley polly oley

  • it's not germany

  • At 28 seconds, it looks like that kid is holding a cigarette. Dang what country is this? Germany?

  • Looks more like a sucker or something. :p

  • did the driver die

  • worst recovery i have ever seen. they did so many things wrong

  • Hea video... nagu nägid, visati mind koos kõikide videodega jne tubest välja ehk kustutati terve kasutaja..., nii et sumoiiz pole enam olemas :) Kitupunne jätkub kõikjale, isegi tasuta kohtadesse, nagu näha :/

  • i work for scania they are all shit only pervs like looking at trucks

  • Lol. Of course you do. Troll.

  • woops!

  • water in tank can make big momentum

  • She would have been a write-off, that's for sure!

  • Oh clean on its roof!

  • Another tanker rollover, when will we slow down.

    Hopefully no one was hurt.

  • the old scania vabis'lok bonny... nice trucks, always were and always will be

  • even apeldoorn bellen ...112??

  • looks like they put the wheels on upside down?? but any way it is an engeneering marvel im sure,it dosent seem to move very fast for a fire truck though???

  • Fire trucks cannot actually go fast, they just seem that way because you are never moving when they pass, you are stationary.

  • Um correct, but When we took delivery of our new rescue pumper, and I was driving it back from the dealer, it went up to 67mph, now mind you I did that just to see what it would do, and there was clear highway infront, behind, around me. Not fast no but 67 mph in a 40k plus truck is still preety fast. and i would never do that going to a call even on the highway.

  • Stodie6321, Your having a Laugh aren't you ?

So speeds in excess of 75-80mph isn't fast !

    doh !!!!

  • that looks like a tanker. tankers have a tendency to roll over in bad crashes.

  • was the firefighters ingjured?

  • aliens

  • I like Swedish trucks "Scania,Volvo" ^_^

  • Just goes to show the strength of a Scania cab, great truck...and the wrecker's an old scania vabis too..!!

  • Can anyone tell me what model the wrecker is?

  • i dunno....buts its old

  • Its a Scania 110 from the mid 70´ths.

    11 litre 6cylinder turbocharged diesel.

  • were they on an emergency call?

  • Yes, they were hurry to fire. But other fire trucks reached the fire.

I was taking some photos of the truck, some of them were published in newspapers.

  • WHERE IS THIS FROM?

  • Estonia

  • very lucky guys n gals, could of been worse. take it easy out there people, i've never actually seen a fire truck on its roof before!! good video, btw i'm a firefighter in Australia.

  • amazing to see. My son will find it interesting. He and his wife are in a Colorado fire/rescue dept in the mountains. Lucky the engine did not burst into flames.

  • I hope nobody got hurt

  • Nobody, even the lorry's driver has not suffered almost.

I was there and took some pictures. The video belongs to my brother.
