seems like he has done a little research on the city... he knows different buildings
he is drawing geometrically without a ruler while he is doing all of this. The applied math involved in this only adds to the genius. Not only does he do one drawing from memory he is doing multiple drawing simultaneously. Thats a lot of distinct information he has in his memory.
This is a case where the word genius is used correctly

Wow, most people's brains filter out so much information and we don't have the connections that allow this amazing ability. I wonder if he has synaesthesia of some sort.
I really liked your video. If you need any help getting your channel/video exposed I use a site called Tubeviews . Net It has really done wonders for me.
Has anybody ever heard about an autistic child called Nadia?
I don't know her last name.
At the age of 3, this child used to draw horses and other things like only an adult could do. She was the most incredible case of an autistic child prodigy ever.
Well, I would like to know where can I find a video of her drawing, because on Youtube I didn't find it.
he was discovered becuase of a field trip from his school for the disabled. They get back and teacher is "thinking I'm tired wtf can i have these retards do now", How bout why don't you all get out your crayons and draw what you saw. That should keep them happy for hours and i can take a nap. 3 Min's later "WTF Steven" I'm done he replies, Hey I'm expecting more than finger paint , she looks at the pic of the museum they visited HOLY SHIT fuck teaching. I'm your new agent.
Truly incredible. I wonder if Steven could do drawings of places from the past based on photos or other images created by artists......or even more spine-tingling......images of the future......any chance you could draw Hastings in the 19th century Steven? Truly inspirational, I got such a buzz from looking at the footage, thanks Steven, lovely stuff and you seem like a lovely guy too
Stephen, I have followed your work since your documentary on tv when you were a very young boy. You drew London after a shot tour on a London bus. Your work is incredible!!! I now have a son, Ben who is 7 and has Autism too. He loves to look at maps and learn about the World. You truly are inspirational and we hope one day to meet you (perhaps at one of your exhibitions). We often see your support in the NAS communication magazine. We wish you happiness and health always. Kim and Ben x
Do you have any more of these JEMS of insight. If we are presupposing that we didn't have cameras then how would he be an Advantage over a normal sketch artist to the army? Since his wonderful ability is in fine accurate instances (like placement of people which would be valuless after the fact) that would only be able to be seen by the same people that are already standing there looking to look at the terrain; Since if we didnt have cameras there would be no image transmission of any sort.
Stephen Wiltshire is an inspiration he has a wonderful gallery in Pall Mall, London. In the UK a call will go out from the Autism Awareness Campaign UK on World Autism Day on 2nd April (designated by the United Nations)for Prime Minister Gordon Brown and Children's Secretary Ed Balls to back a national strategy on autism and a 10 year plan of action to help parents, carers, children and adults with autism and Asperger's Syndrome. Please see the AUTISM ACTION film on youtube.
Your incredible. Not just for your amazing talents but for ability to draw for so long. I personally can only draw for a bit and I need to take a break.
Okay, here's one thing I did not realize or think about. Not only does he have photographic memory, he essentially has a compartment for each snap shot and can pull up the right one whenever he wishes. It's basically like he has a whole directory of pictures in his head and he brings one up and draws it! Amazing. I wonder how long he can hold a picture in his head.
hi, loved your video, as im a gran going there at xmas on way to caribean cruise..please could you tell me how long it takes to get there from uk!!!and god your making me hungry , i need a burger....lol..
hes the fckin man id like to put him in a room with one thousand beautiful women and let him draw them stephen holla at me i will set it up for you bro seriously
I don't get it. Innocent or unassuming. Genuine and sincere. These are the words that I associate with Stephen. Certainly autistic.
