  • I don't get it. Innocent or unassuming. Genuine and sincere. These are the words that I associate with Stephen. Certainly autistic.

  • Our man Stephen could run the British economy better than Cameron too, I'll bet.

  • This guy is an absolute legend. What a hero.

  • seems like he has done a little research on the city... he knows different buildings

he is drawing geometrically without a ruler while he is doing all of this. The applied math involved in this only adds to the genius. Not only does he do one drawing from memory he is doing multiple drawing simultaneously. Thats a lot of distinct information he has in his memory.

This is a case where the word genius is used correctly

  • seems like he has done a little research on the city... he knows different buildings

he is drawing geometrically without a ruler while he is doing all of this. The applied math involved in this only adds to the genius. This is just crazy

  • where is this guy from; he is awesome!!!!

  • THINK IF THIS GUY WAS AN ASSASSIN LMAO

  • is he able to earn a living from this ?

  • @1212sweetgirl on his website, I've seen some artwork on sale for almost 10,000 pounds. So...I'd say so.

  • It feels as if his drawings are 'alive'(!)

  • just saw that guy on Top Gear. I'm astounded..

  • This guy is gifted, I think he is great..

  • Excellent ..

It seems we must be suffering from autism in order To reach the conclusion reached this young man..lol

  • @anayemeny

Not really. There's one savant that has the ability to solve great mathemathic questions and hes not autistic.

    Name: Daniel Tammet

U shoudl check him out hes pretty amazing :p

  • @saaiman Actually, I read his book and he is autistic and was diagnosed with Savant Syndrome. Just wanted to clear things up.

  • I wonder if he's good with directions, if he can memorize his way around a new city.

  • @Devourer09 That would be both awesome and useful :P

  • this guy is my hero

  • wonder what he's listening to... you can see those ear buds in other videos of him.

  • I remember in a video somebody said he liked funk music and Stevie Wonder.

  • Wow, most people's brains filter out so much information and we don't have the connections that allow this amazing ability. I wonder if he has synaesthesia of some sort.

  • he draws like a very stiff normal hunam would but yet his drawing come out beautiful and so accurate.

    amazing, so refreshing

  • He just draws over the lines :D Cause he sees the city when he draws :D

  • What a nice guy.

  • would you like to see my drawrings? haha!! do you guys remember that from snl?

  • You forgot your drink?

  • hes autistic

  • i can draw a smiley face from memory....what can i get for that?

  • big up de blackman

    he doin his ting

  • Has anybody ever heard about an autistic child called Nadia?

I don't know her last name.

At the age of 3, this child used to draw horses and other things like only an adult could do. She was the most incredible case of an autistic child prodigy ever.

Well, I would like to know where can I find a video of her drawing, because on Youtube I didn't find it.

If someone knows it, please tell me!

    Thanks : )

  • Yes, she is mentioned under 'prodigies' in an anthropologist on mars by oliver sacks. however, she lost her skills when she developed language

  • I love this guy. He reminds me of the sacred in the ordinary, because he enjoys the details that I don't notice

  • the way he just stares for bout 5 mins den draws man hes talented

  • Amazing dude, Incredible talent, but kinda funny how at 1:39 he couldn't remeber what he was drinking!? lol

  • that's because he's autistic

  • This guy is genius. One of the best people to have walked this earth.

  • I hope he gets well paid for his work

  • Truly incredible. I wonder if Steven could do drawings of places from the past based on photos or other images created by artists......or even more spine-tingling......images of the future......any chance you could draw Hastings in the 19th century Steven? Truly inspirational, I got such a buzz from looking at the footage, thanks Steven, lovely stuff and you seem like a lovely guy too

  • Stephan,

I think you are amazing beyond anything.

Can you draw pictures of your dreams ?????

    thank you so much

  • Stephen, I have followed your work since your documentary on tv when you were a very young boy. You drew London after a shot tour on a London bus. Your work is incredible!!! I now have a son, Ben who is 7 and has Autism too. He loves to look at maps and learn about the World. You truly are inspirational and we hope one day to meet you (perhaps at one of your exhibitions). We often see your support in the NAS communication magazine. We wish you happiness and health always. Kim and Ben x

  • I wonder has the CIA OR NSA ever approached him? the human camera. no film to smuggle out of the country or video- just a him-

  • lol

  • dude i was thinking the same thing jajaja he would be a wicked spy or someone who works with recon military no..

  • or they could just take a photo.

  • @AndyHack Jealous?

  • @AndyHack which would totally be the same...

  • Do you have any more of these JEMS of insight. If we are presupposing that we didn't have cameras then how would he be an Advantage over a normal sketch artist to the army? Since his wonderful ability is in fine accurate instances (like placement of people which would be valuless after the fact) that would only be able to be seen by the same people that are already standing there looking to look at the terrain; Since if we didnt have cameras there would be no image transmission of any sort.

  • i was only saying =].

    no need for a debate.

  • IMPOSIBLE

  • your a true genius i admire your talent

  • Has anybody Come after you requesting a movie offer? I am sure you could make millions on that. Millions!

  • Your incredible. Not just for your amazing talents but for ability to draw for so long. I personally can only draw for a bit and I need to take a break.

  • Okay, here's one thing I did not realize or think about. Not only does he have photographic memory, he essentially has a compartment for each snap shot and can pull up the right one whenever he wishes. It's basically like he has a whole directory of pictures in his head and he brings one up and draws it! Amazing. I wonder how long he can hold a picture in his head.

  • How long does he retain for?

  • Long enough to draw the entire thing lol.

  • Most autistic savants don't have memory deterioration.

  • Keep it up, you're amazing.

    God speed

  • dam i draw to but this is amazing dude keep up the good work can a ask you something how long dos he draw ? plz reply this cya

  • You are a phenomenal artist, Stephen! Keep up the amazing work!
