But you can't put samples out in the open, because when other producers find the sample they resample, or find other songs by the artists. So that should be done when it's album stuff, they don't care about it unless money is being made. That's honestly the only thing they care about. For those that have rights already established, it's slightly different.

If you tell someone you got a beat with a hot artist, they're more likely to pay you for your services. In any business, if you worked with someone with a name, ya biz goes up. Sampling is original. Technically if you didn't make the sounds yourself, you're sampling.
