So the soldier was good, the training he had was good through years of experience, and the culture said he could do it. If an culture has fought in an urban environment all it's life, then its citizens would likely be quite good at it. That's where the nationality part comes in

thats awesome! i shot a few sniper rifles while on a military tourism trip in israel. its a lot tougher than it looks, but some of the instructors were very good at using them. they were all ex israeli special forces. it was a sweet trip, they were really good at everything, shooting, hand to hand combat, and even parachuting. they taught us a lot of stuff, and we got to do a lot of really cool things. theyve got videos up on youtube. look up LionOps
