I think you need to take a history class. Illegal Alien White supremacist jumped the Mexican border of what was then Mexican sovereign territory for the sole purpose of overthrowing the Mexican government which has been well documented. These real estate deals you speak of were done White European mafioso style where the Mexicans where given an ultimatum---sell the Southwest or their country will be occupied and annexed with the United States. So it wasn't fair and square.
