i really like the overture, but it just doesn't sound like how i think it should sound. i feel like beauty and the beast is one of the darkest disney stories and that the music should protray that. it's not that.. fitting.
This is pretty good. I hate that they never recorded the Overture for ANY of the cast recordings. Not even any of the foreign recordings. It's one of my favorite moments in the show and I miss it every time I listen to the CD.
