A couple of tips though, I run heavy equipment all day every day.
1. Don't be afraid to ram that pile with a little more speed, you will be there for a week taking 1/4 bucket fulls to your destination. Not to mention its more wear and tear on the machine.
2. Don't lean over to see where your bucket is, ballpark it and get your front cutting edge all the way to the ground. It makes it easier to get a full bucket and it saves your back from bending your back all day
