I have this board i shred the park to the trees, this board stops at nothing, i go higher and bigger ever since i strapped onto this piece of magic, so light and agile and fast in the trees. i ride the 156 and i weigh 175 and i'm 6"1. i had the burton cartels and hated them because they were to soft in the back plate, and the board is soft so two soft's don't make a right, the best way to go for bindings with this slice of heaven is the k2 formula.
@SuperFranklin1234567 all depends on your weight, but this board is AMAZING ive tried lots of different park boards, and non of them compared to this board, even though its a all mt board
any brand of bindings work... there all good.... get a newer year though because they have a lot better technoligy for the newer ones... all off the newer ones are good...
you could buy the 156 or the 159 and it really depends on what you want to ride it on will determine what size you might want... if you want a possible parkish board then the 156 if you want an all mountain killer then the 159
just a different way of turning the snowboard, like I said reverse camber you ride more centered and cannot drive your weight downhill towards the nose as much... if you want a board that will perform in technical lines then I would strongly suggest a cambered board over a reverse camber
Cool so faster turns on the Zep. Tubo D is better in the pow, but both are good at that. Seems like Turbo D is better for jumping. Zep might be better in the back country making those big turns. If you could choose what would you ride between these two boards? I ride a lot of big mountain stuff in Colorado, Park City, and Tahoe.
Right but both are freeride all mountain freestyle boards. How will they ride different and in what conditions do they both excell? What is a better board the Zepplin or the Turbo Dream rocker?
these boards are apple and oranges... you ride reverse camber more towards the center of the board while traditional camber you dive harder towards the nose to initiate your turn. The reverse camber will help keep the nose up in pow and crud but you loose the ability to pop out of a turn as you would in a cambered board by allow the tail of the board to rebound out of a turn.
that must be an older board b/c its not in this years line-up or else you bought it at a big box store and that usually is a very low end board no matter what they try and make you believe.
You might be better off getting a K2 Anagram if you are just getting into park. and depending on your shoe size you could use most of the sizes except for the 147.
@JTJG94 all depends on your weight, but this board is AMAZING ive tried lots of different park boards, and non of them compared to this board, even though its a all mt board

TylereB it doesn't matter what you get
i'd suggest trying reverse camber so u can get a feel for the flex
get something soft for tricks,
but really it doesn't matter till u try it anyway so buy it
Internet will not give you Snowboard experience

Is it hard to get used to the reverse camber when turning?

How does this differ from the Zepplin? Details please. Which is better?
TylereB 2 years ago
for starter the zepplin is a regular camber board and the Turbo dream is a reverse camber board.
The Zepplin has a wh4 core the Turbo dream has the WH3 core Different glass, and torsion forks. The main difference is camber vs reverse camber

PortersLars 3 years ago
i am shoe size like 12 i donno if it is the same for snowboarding so i donno
ggghockey 3 years ago
if you have a shoe size of 12 you might want to look for a mid wide or a wide so those toes don't drag.
PortersLars 3 years ago
i have a salomon ace is that a good board for parks?
ggghockey 3 years ago
thats an all around board so might not be the best for park.
PortersLars 3 years ago
does anagram go midwide or wide?
ggghockey 3 years ago
no, sorry, but you might be good on a Forum Recon ... that comes in a wide.
PortersLars 3 years ago
yeah they do, i have one.

is a burton twin good?
ggghockey 3 years ago
yes the burton twin is a very good park board. but you really need to look for a wide/mid wide with the size guns you have.

haha, i'm not too sure, but i think he was referring to the camera lens?
Ceckian 3 years ago
damn it your right... must have been asleep at the wheel on that one... we use a standard fish eye for almost all of our videos.
PortersLars 3 years ago
what type of lens are you using?
Phelixdacatz 3 years ago
That was Chris Bosco Riding, one of our team riders and he is hooked up with Spy goggles, but I am not too sure what Lens or frame he was rocking.
