If there is some national monument or marking where Obama was born in Kenya, then why hasn't someone gone over there and taken a video of it and put it on youtube?

Obama, having been born in Hawaii, is US citizen under jus soli. But wait, there's more. His father was British, so under jus sanguinis of both parents, he was born a dual citizen, not a natural born citizen.
He would be qualified for the US Senate, on taking the oath of the Senate, as he would in theory relinquish his British citizenship, and become a US Citizen.
However, he is not a natural born citizen, never was, never can be.
