Sorry, I'm a tad confused, wasn't Mustapha tettey addy born in 1943?

That surely makes him 68 years old yet this video looks quite recent but he looks like he's in his 30s maybe 20s??

great!...and thanks for the video....i used to play for quite some time in the early 70's with your uncle Ishmaila, however never got to meet Mustapha as he was on tour. I lost touch with Ishmaila. You know how he is doing?

No I haven't. I live in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA. My playing style is very much influenced by his though. Through recordings and also through my friend that was formerly a member of the Yacub Addy's group this music has reached me all the way over here. Do you play too?
