You know... this actually isn't that bad considering some other FPSC things I've seen. You actually put *some* effort into voice acting (albeit Microsoft Sam probably isn't the greatest voice actor), and took the time to learn some scripting elements... So good job for your very first game. There are actually some pretty awesome things you can do with FPSC, don't listen to the "LUUUL FPSC N00b" comments. :P

You don't have to worry about well known music such as the James Bond theme. Most of the time Youtube let you use it, they put "content owned by someone else" beside the video and sometimes more ads on the video page. If it's not allowed on Youtube then it's removed immediately and you don't get any strikes against your account. What you do have to worry about is the small time musicians who get upset when you upload their work.
