You're doing GREAT if you've really only been playing for six months. Your left hand isn't bad, the chord changes will get smoother as time goes on and you'll learn how to progress into the next chord rather than just trying to jump over in a millisecond. In spite of what most people think, it's the right hand (pickin'/strummin') that is the most important.

You've got the basic chords for the song correct. What you have to do now is to decipher the rhythm of the song since tabs usually don't have the actual rhythm.
