  • Your smile is seriously like the highlights of my weeks. Avocados are my favorite food in the entire world. I eat them daily. I am blessed to be able to get them organic and locally grown, wouldn't want it any other way! Kudos to you and your favorite dip. I love my avocados as is or mixed with a green or fruit in the food processor. I like to add dulse or hemp to my purees too. Avocado, tomato and cilantro raw soup is DIVINE!

  • maybe they came up with 1g because many people have very clogged up digestive systems and cant absorb micronutrients well enough. So they said: We take the amount that is enough even for this 400 pound guy with a megacolon that cant absorb even 1/3% of his micronutrients because his system is so clogged up. But if your system is better and you can identify the food of yesterday everymorning(small seeds, color^^) you should be able to need less.

  • when i am making salad, i take 2 pounds of tender sweet leafy vegetables(not bitter) AND a pound of tomatos, some cuhcumber slices and a small avocado mix that into a thick heavy dressings(very short blending time) pour the stuff over the salad and thats it. if u think u need a gram of sodium a day u need salt. I dont believe it. i have to do the calculation again but my intake is maybe 300mg a day. lets see how long i will survive haha

  • I do not add salt to anything. I get it all naturally through foods. I also get my bloodwork done on a regular basis, including electrolytes which contain sodium levels. I can balance them naturally through sodium rich foods and obtain normal healthy levels this way. We don't need to add extra sodium if we are getting it naturally in our foods. If you want to know if 300mg is enough for your body I suggest you run some bloodwork to see where your levels are.

  • I love your recipes...they are fast, easy, and very yummy!! Thanks for sharing!

  • Yummmmmyyyy!

  • this is perfect, exactly how i make mine other than lime instead of lemon. it's one of my staples in going raw. thanks so much for the video!!

  • why celtic sea salt as opposed to other sea salt?

  • Check out her recent video on sodium, you will get major schooled in this topic. She's the sweetest.
