@rteddy3 Not when all he does is sit in his bedroom doing cover videos that show good chops but are out of time. You can have great chops, but if you don't have flawless time, you're not going anywhere. Here's some encouragement: Break out the metronome kid, and practice with it religiously. Otherwise, you'll run up studio bills and producers won't want to work with you. However, if you DO get your timing down pat, you'll be golden. (From someone who knows what they're talking about).

@binge90 I suggest you pay more attention. This guy, David, does a lot more than sitting in his bedroom playing covers, and he is still young. I fully expect him to be going places if he chooses to go forward in music.

As for the covers here, again, if you pay attention, you will quickly notice how his are some of the very best, they are inspiring for other people who are relatively new to bass (and others too!) and a great contribution to youtube.
