Thank you for your post...I sis here with tears rolling down my face...my gran would sing me this song as she tucked me into bed, and it got fainter as she walked down the stairs...she went on to sing it to my children(14,12&4)...she passed last Tuesday and I have been looking for the song for the funeral...you sang it beautifuly...thank you ;*-)
vecry nice moden version been looking for lula bye bye never relised it was called oh my babby my curly headed baby, till i found my nannys last notes asking for it at her funerel this is great as now know all of it and who sang it etc. i just wish i had recorded my mom singing it to me and then my children.

I remember this song from my childhood too - a friend of the family used to sing it to her baby. I love this version. WHAT TALENT! I wish I could buy this song.
