Ur race has nothing to do with ur fighting ability. The U.S. and Brazil have so many champions bc there r so many ppl from those countries competeing. With that popularity, the best schools start popping up and all the best fighters start flocking to those places. Japan has been starting to see a decline in MMA, bc the sport's popularity among the public is decreasing. That being said, more Jap fighters r training in the U.S. and beginning to cut weight to fight @ their proper weight classes.

u dont see many asian fighters in mma because their moves arent allowed in mma....theres a video explaining this about bruce lee and its basically that mma fighters train to knock out or submit while these fighters over in asia are training for kill shots

Shotokan Karate fighters train for the one shot one kill KO. Kyokushin Karate fighters train to take punishment. What about Muay Thai? The most Asian art there is. When you see a choke, armbar, flying knee, kicks, think Asia. They influenced MMA more than anyone.

I usually want the asian guy to win in fights. Seems they always disappoint me. They tire out so quick. I feel that Mizugaki got lucky. And when he fights Faber, it's not going to last very long. Takeya is slow, and Faber is about as opposite as you can get from "slow".
