Unfortunately, The Johnson thing was a pre-order gimmick. SO if you bought the game later, it's impossible to get him. Dare, however, you can get by Playing Legendary.

Any video telling you about how to get him is a lie, Because each code was Unique. it's impossible, unless you pre-ordered the game.

Duh. But that's not the way things work. If everybody thought this way people would haven't always been bitching about trying to get Recon back then. It's just the mentality of having the armor or person to play as that makes it worth having.
