  • @PierreCorens I have known Brandon for years .he is one of the hardest working and regimented guys I know. His gains have come from hard work and sacrifice with one goal in mind. If you knew him you wouldn't even ask that question. He is a great ambassador for the sport and lives the life of dedication it takes to compete at the level he has achieved.

  • I noticed many pros sometimes lift only doing partial reps. Is this to warm up the muscles and joints and/or can you gain serious size from only partial reps??

  • @kennethmiller00, Well the thing is they only do partial reps because they believe that when completing a full rep, for example, bench press, you are using alot of the triceps. They are right to a degree, because other muscles begin to tie in at a certain stage. However, if you are looking to develop the muscle, you must always complete the movement through its FULL range of motion.

  • @kennethmiller00 It is good to build width and increase mass for a specific length of the muscle. Partial reps are great for adding density to the mid section of a length of muscle.

Ofcourse eating 6-7 times a day, doing gh, testosterone and insulin and dieting hard can produce some problems and isent extremley healthy in the long run. But still there not dying of it. And YES genetics play a role. Genetics play a role in everything in life. U can get big on steroids but it wont give u a peaked biceps or a rounder chest..got it?

  • @Dudelookslikeeylady fullness is when the muscle looks more round and better shaped not flat like ronnie colemans chest for example it looks really flat not as full as brandons. and proportion is how even the muscles are on both sides. take ronnie again for example one of his biceps are way bigger than the other.

  • That's correct. We were classmates in college. I can remember him in the Rec Center of MTSU throwing up some heavy weight even at his size then. That was 4 or 5 years ago. He was a force in the back field and he has always worked hard in the gym! A good Dude all the way!
