I do not know for sure, but based on gaayakii anga, it is Rasheed khan or from that gharana.

@bhimpalasree Oh I didn't realize that Jha saheb has expired. He was an ace vagyankar, I have learnt a lot from his writings and his lectures and expositions on Ragas.
