I love music. If I hear something new on youtube- such as Wes playing this tune, I buy it. I had wanted to compare Milt Jackson's version and might have bought that too. This defensiveness on the part old copyright holders is ludicrous and extremely shortsighted. I tend to suspect that Milt would have been happy for other to hear his music.
