  • I love sherry wines, especially Olorosos. They're definitely under-appreciated and consequently an economical choice .... but I won't admit to liking nuts in my mouth.

  • my second name was sherry but i never tasted it but they said it is sweet....

  • I tried an amontillado and a cream sherry this evening and loved them both! Thank you for encouraging me to try them. I'm looking forward to cooking with the amontillado (I found a green-bean recipe that intrigues me).

  • I love the sherries it was the first wine I tasted and was very pleased with it.. Spain knows how to make wines and the sad thing is that where I live there are almost no places that carry this particular wine.

  • since sherry is fortified with brandy is it considered hard alcohol?

  • I like nuts in my mouth!

  • Chuck it!!

  • I tried my first 'sherry' this week, however, it was bottled in California, not Spain. Does that mean that it's just 'dessert wine' and not 'sherry'? BTW, my first reaction was that I didn't really care for it, but have found myself enjoying the bottle over the week.

  • never had sherry think ill check it out thx:D

  • thanks for the info Man. Go Jets!!!!!

  • great show. you should have mentioned that "Frasier" probably prompted the resurgence of sherry in the mid 90's. favorite Gary quote: "do you like nuts in your mouth?"

  • Best episode ever!

  • I didnt know much about sherry until recently myself.

  • I love sherry!

  • Me toooooo! ~R. Wilsher

  • do you think Gary should have a piece of cheese in between tastings?
