These tunes have definitely some resemblance to each other. Just listen to the 2 and there's no doubt about it.
Still, this happens all the time, especially in the world of electro music.
For example: Everybody knows "Adagio for Strings", everybody thinks Tiësto and/or Ferry Corsten. But when I say William Orbit or Samuel Barber almost nobody knows what I'm talking about.
For those who want to know what the hell I'm trying to say: go to Wikipedia and type "Adagio for strings".
I agree, the Fonaine & Vern remix is a tune that takes you to a higher level ; ) It's a more explosive track.
The Seb Fontaine & Jules Vern remix came more than a year after the release of the original, that tells a lot about the impact of this (original) track.

super!!!! Belgian retro rules!! I like the original more than Fountain/Vern. That's personal.
And except the intro this is NO copy of E. Top's acid phase. Both tracks are of a level that they don't make anymore. Modern "electro" is so poor imo.

i agree with your comment except the "electro",we are just getting older, that's all i think..groetjes!
