alright instead of looking at these stupid videos. here is an easy way to delete everything on ur ipod.make sure ur folders with ur videos or music if u want is on ur desktop.then go to itunes if u dont have it.then u load itunes then when ur ipod icon shows up u uncheck everything on ur ipod.and u should have ur ipod like it's brand new. Hope i helped!!
