when you push mongo your center of gravity is behind the board so when you mobbin to get speed and then start to position your feet to do your shit you have to shift your center of gravity back above your board witch immensely fucks up your momentum. when you push normal your center of gravity if always over the board, your shoulders are centered, theres so many reason why its a bad habit. no one can progress enough to the point where theyre skilled at skating if they push mongo... end of story
