  • Hi,

    You can find vintage style replacement tuners online at Stewmac or Elderly Instruments. Keeping a guitar as original as possible preserves the value. Re-finishing generally reduces the value by 50%.

  • I've just bought a 20's/ 30's supertone from eBay. Just wondering if you could point me to some tuners that would fit it? Also, it has some green stenciled palm trees on it, not as fancy as your's. Would it affect the value if I sanded them off for a refinish?
