"Your diet can *fundamentally* change your biochemistry!?" Your diet can change the proportion of fats and proteins etc in your body, but it can't change your chemistry any more than it can change your DNA.

If you're interested, do research on epigenetics. Science is always changing, we are forever discovering new truths. Don't shoot something down just because science has not "proved' something yet. And when they have, it takes a couple of decades to become mainstream. This is gonna sound cuckoo to you, but you can change your biochemistry with your thoughts, diet etc. Epigenetics :)
