girl i love ur locs. i use the same castile soap on mine but i dont dilute it. i like the strongness of it lol. but where do u get the indian hemp? cz i use extra virgin olive oil but it dont keep my locs as moisturized as long as i would like. but ur lookin good now!
Thank you so much girl, well, I got the indian hemp at duane reade. I really think any hair shop will have it. Let me correct myself haha, when I wash my hair, I dont dilute it either bc I too love the strongness of it but at my house....4 of us use that soap to wash up everyday so it goes so fast so I dilute so that it will last longer haha. How do you like the virgin oil??
i like the virgin oil. i actually just started using it bcz its gettin too expensive to keep buyin loc retwist gel and whatnot. its not too heavy either. its good to retwist and it holds. but it dries out rather quickly it seems. not sure... i gotta keep using it and checkin it to see. did u cut urs again? i remember the one vid u had where u had cut them to about chin length from the shoulder length u did have. they look shorter (even tho they are curled)
Oh ok, I think I want to try that. I'm always looking for things that will make my hair feel nice haha. Yes i did cut my hair again. I actually had extentions so as my hair grows, I cut the ends off. So now, all but about 10 are completely mine.
thats whats up tho. the extensions were nice. but if u want a deep conditioning (this makes ur hair soft and shiny) mix castor oil and extra virgin olive oil (equal parts) and after u wash ur hair, wrap it with a plastic bag (or saran wrap works better) and sit under a hooded dryer for 30 mins. and then rinse the oil out. it makes ur scalp feel so moisturized :)
Thanx and I will def try that. Its a good thing I have a dryer, ha, it has saved me a few times. I wanted to try to make some sort of homemade conditioner but I have no idea as to what to put in it so I will def see how this works, thanx
