hailand was the best and worse experience of my life as far as muay thai goes. The best because the pad holders just catch anything (like jwp's guy) you throw. That spoiled me. I came back to ny and the padholders here pretty much suck. So it was bad cuz I have to go back to BKK for good padholders.
