haha right on guys. that was some real good stuff! dont listen to those other guys that are tryin to be all legit. because u wanna know the truth? David Belle said that parkour is the art of free movement and anything else that's flashy like flips or wall spins are just called tricks. freerunning is just an American term. So you guys are doing parkour and doin a damn fine job, keep training and keep up the good work!

You guys have to work alot more on your controll. Every flip in the video is out of control, and you've even bail most of the times. Drops seems to big to like the one at 0:42.

So,work more on footplacements, all flips tecniques, landings and rolls.

For that sake, yes, flips are not parkour. It's not affcient.

Efficient, but yes I agree, Parkour is a mode of transportation point A. to point B. tricking is something else. You guys got some hot moves, but make sure you train hard and keep it safe so you don't kill yourselves.
