HOW DO YOU DOWNLOAD AUDITION?I TRIED TO DOWNLOAD IT BUT YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR IT.I DOWNLOADED THE TRIAL VERSION AND ALL I GET IS A SIGN UP BOARD.AFTER I SIGNED UP, I WAS STILL UNABLE TO GET TO AUDITION.SO IF ANYONE CAN PLEASE FORWARD ME A LINK OR SOMETHING,I WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED.I TRIED AUDACITY AND IT WORKS LIKE SHIT,HONESTLY IT DOES.

@ParamnesiaFilms Deesser. It's basically a side chaining a compressor to a filter that only keeps high end, like 8K and up and when that filter opens (generally from a vocal track) it compresses all that sibilance.

thanks NFX, I always did this in Audition, but left out the compression on the vocals, i always just used Noise Reduction and Normalize. Now that I watched this and saw how the Compression beefed up the vocals, I'm like "duh! why haven't i been doing that?" so thx

Can Adobe Audition filter out not just background noise, but what if the listening track in the headphones has bad bleed through and you can hear the song quietly, above the noise floor in the vocals. Can't do it, it's mixed when they master the track.. however, you can turn down the bass and turn up the mids and treb a bit and you can get it a lot quieter.. there are other effects you can put on it to make it an "acapella" but it doesn't really get it fully. You have to find the studio versions from somewhere.

the easiest way i can think of to do that is to upload a bar of the instrumental or actual track intro fruityloops and find the bpm/tempo of that and then you got it basically. if not, it should be pretty damn close and then u could just cut certain sections that are out of tempo n then slide them so they are

get qa hold of the original song, get the bpm :).... or if your a DJ or are good with beats/rhythm, use acid pro's beatmatcher and have the beat in your head were the vocals are :) adjust the markers accordingly

You could do it with something like Melodyne. Melodyne can change the key of a piece without altering the tempo. You could make two new files with different keys (that harmonise) and then mix them together and you should get a pretty decent fake harmony..
