Uncharted 3:Grenade!? No No return to sender

Have you ever thrown back a grenade and got the kill but not the medal? Just wondering if this happens to any one else.

@wesperkins no that hasn't happen to me. i know sometimes i get medals from kills and i don't get any cash. i just back out to the title screen and re-connect
