It's true. I have lived in Saudi Arabia for 10+ years and the Saudi kids are insane. They do this on the highways as well as on city streets and you can see it for yourself. Non-Arab Muslims aren't as rich to buy cars for drifting.

Not all Arabs are like this of course, but those that do these reckless driving are mostly Arab/Saudi.
