The more I see and here of Dwight Eisenhower the more respect I have for him. He represents to me what Republicans are suppose to be about. Limited Government on Fiscal, Domestic, Social and Foreign Policy.

Doesn't augur very well when Ike can't even get his Soviet counterpart's name right! That said, Khrushchev was a cretin - he set the tone for the later line of decrepits until Gorbachev unwittingly and against his initial intentions saved it all from collapsing in a horrible bloodbath. Good riddance the USSR. what has replaced it is better - just.
