This was in Montreux Switzerland in 1985, SRV and Tommy Shannon were at the "height" of their illness of substance abuse. A year later (or so) everything came tumbling down and they both entered rehab, to then emerge fit, hopeful and joyful. They all then embarked on the last four and greatest years of SRV and Double Trrouble until that fateful August 1989 sad early morning.
