I LIKE it. but, it's eerie because this is one of 3 movies out of which i want to make music videos. And one of the songs I wanna use, but not this song with this movie. I was gonna do "sometime around midnight" by airborne toxic event just for the club scene and running up to the splice. I was gonna use this song for Gattaca ;)

I edited a video recently about vanilla sky and lucid dreaming using an interesting song by sigur ros - if interested go to my usersite - hope you like it.

I love this movie, and I love Coldplay, BUT nothing fits better than Sigur Ros and that movie/music basically changed my life. You did a good job with this video, but it doesn't hold the same power that it does with Sigur Ros. There's so much emotion in Sigur Ros's music that no other band can create. Great work, keep it up!

I've watched both Abre los Ojos and Vanilla Sky several times. I love the sound of abre los ojos for the sacred commandment that each film addresses so poignantly. Coldplay's music is a perfect complement. And your editing couldn't have been better. Super super job. Thank you for the posting. It's exquisite.

Great job. Seriously. First of all, I love the song and I love the movie.

Second, so many people attempt to use this beautiful song to so many crappy fanvids. This, so far, is the only one I've seen used right and have it actually work. Especially the end part of the song. Everything has to hit you like a train and you got it right. Great job.

You should try using Peter Gabriel's "I Grieve" to something.
