Atheist extremists have definitely started a war on religious ppl N the US today. N fact, there R no religious ppl who proseltyze more than atheists do. Atheists trying 2 say Christians R trying 2 take over the US gov & then the world & crazy things such as this when it was an overwhelming majority of Christians who fought & died 4 our freedoms & separation of church & state, NOT ATHEISTS. There were a handful of deists & 50-some of the rest were Christians. I have looked it up. A few does not make all of our founders deists. They prayed, they even had church at the whitehouse 4 many yrs. AGAIN, it was almost 100% Christians who built & made this country. They were the 1's who fought & died 4 our freedoms, NOT ATHEISTS. They were the very 1's who wanted separation of church & state and they still do today. Still, even today, 90 to 95% of Americans beleive N God.

I hate 2 bust UR bubble but there was a SECULAR STUDY done by the AMERICAN POLITICAL SCIENCE REVIEW on the political documents of the Founding era, which was 1760-1805.
This study found that 94% of the documents that went N2 the Founding ERA were based on the Bible, & of that, 34% of the contents were direct quotations from the Bible.

wrong you obviously haven't read any historical documents of the United States such as the Constitution. Separation of Church and state means exactly that. Just because a nation is primarily Christian does not mean it is a Christian nation. We are a melting pot where at the federal/state level religion has no place for the fact that NOT everyone believes in it. also look up some facts about Atheism because you probably have the same incorrect ignorant views of what Atheism is.
