And to answer your question why you can't use a truck: you have to have either engineer or officer kit. The truck is far too valuable asset (required to build defensive assets) to be used as a personal taxi ;).

Now seriously, PR is not that bad if you're lucky enough to get in a decent squad. Those are usually found on one of the popular servers. You might want to try Tactics & Teamwork (UK) or Tactical Gamer (US).
