  • Cool, I imagine how glad you were when it "just worked" it's really a big step if you are new to C++ oh and thanks for the recommendation on Beej's guide.

    One question please can you test this app with on friends PC, so it's "Real networking"?

  • @NarekNitrogen Since this video is almost 2 years old I don't have the code any more - if you're asking me to make another video demonstrating that.

    If you're asking whether it would work across multiple machines - yes. As far as the program is aware, it's the same thing. I just typed my onw IP in instead of another machine's one.

  • To everyone: I don't have the source to this any more, as it was made years ago and never progressed past this video. HOWEVER 'Beej's guide to network programming' has taught me a lot recently with c++ sockets. It's available on the net for free.
