Lulu can't hit the top notes on a couple of occasions in a relatively short song. Wash out your ears and get real bigboyoreo, you who seem to think her the world's greatest singer!

Lulu was about 15/16 years old here. Check out Best of Both Worlds which she recorded when she was 18/19 - it demonstrates a big improvement in technique and skill.

As for world's greatest singer? Music isn't sport - ultimately it's down to personal taste.

And what has the length of the song got to with it? It's a standard-length pop song...

He said that Lulu was the Dusty Springfield sound promoted towards men who liked short girls, and Sandy Shaw was the Dusty Springfield sound promoted toward men who liked tall girls. Sounds weird? Listen to both of them, observe, and think it over.
