  • i had the same grafic card as you and i hated it, now i have gtx 560 ti and i love it <3

  • IS this card WORTH $70????

  • @Latvietis96 No

  • @1anaken

how much worth is it ?

im also looking foward buying this card (low budget) around 70-80 €

  • good card for considerable low price, im gonna get it !!

how much intel i3 3.3ghz (dual) would boost my performance i wonder :P

  • @iFishy1

It will , you almost got the same specs as me dude :D I got 1 gb of ram more .. LOL owh and I upgraded my GPU to a GTS250 (I recommend you to get one too). You can run Crysis 2 even with medium graphics on a 9800GT 512 mb ddr3.

  • My old GPU. .. it's a decent GPU , stepped over to the GTS260 yesterday I'm satisfied with GTS260 1gb ddr3..

  • Remember this, set the Objets Quality: medium and the Shadows Quality: medium too and the other things on Very High (exept the objets and shadows), and you get a very very good performance in this game :D

  • @iFishy1

Not at all high settings. Probably will be more around medium settings for the best playable/enjoyable gaming experience out of Crysis. Are you running a 32-bit Windows or a 64-bit? If you are using 32-bit, your system will be fine for low-medium settings at pretty low resolutions on most games nowadays. If you are an avid gamer, I recommend that maybe upgrading to a more recent configuration using the Sandy Bridge architecture and using a more updated graphics engine.

  • i have played this game and i must say that it is not better than halo, prey and gears of war it sucksss only graphics are good but only when u have a monster pc....:(

  • which of these card is better buy:

    HD 5670 Vs HD 4770 Vs 9800gt 1gb.

9800gt seems to eat more power.

HD 4770 is very rare in markets nowadays coz the HD 6000s release.

    so,should i buy a HD 5670 512 mb +ram or 9800GT 1gb+ PSU ???

  • @gamer17121996

Depends on your budget, if you have like $150, get a Evga GTX 460, I recently got one and they are very nice.

  • @Spoklohoma I wud have brought one but my budget is around 100$ -110$.

  • @gamer17121996

The HD 5670 is rougly equalent 8800GT..

The 9800GT gets you around 2 to 3 frames more than its 8800GT counterpart....

So yes the 9800GT Will consume more power but its approximately 5-10% faster than the 5670 depending on the game...

    And well the 4770 = 8800GTS/9800GT....

But the 4770 is a bit old and you wouldn't find gud support for it...

I Suggest go for the 9800GT....A 400W PSU will be more than enough to run it...

    Hope This Helps...

  • @Anitrex4Anitrex thanks,but isn't the 9800GT is also an old chap(as u said for hd 4770) ???

  • @gamer17121996

Yes both the cards are old but i was pointing out to the dev support and not the card...

The 9800gt was supported for a bit longer and thus you will find much better and more refined drivers for it...

The ATI cards are good but their horrible drivers bog them down...this is where nVIDIA dominates!!

Plus add to the fact that nVIDIA's community really shrinks ATI's somewhat non-existent community and well you have your answer... :-)

  • @Anitrex4Anitrex thanx............i got it.

  • what resolution did u use for this footage???

  • put a better processor

  • waths your resolution?

  • Beautyful :D

  • I have a 9600GT and runs just like his, I was not surprised much with the 9800GT, the performance is the same. I imagine the guys in the season that was only the 8800GT and besides being expensive, the game still ran crashing.

  • @magichatake 9800gt is better by a mile than 9600gt

9600gt can run crysis fairly at 20 - 30 fps while 9800gt get 30 - 40 maxed out 4x AA with higher resolution

  • @magichatake 8800GT =/= 9800GT w/ some 'newer' features.

  • Resolution?

  • I don't want to sound like a ass, but don't say it's maxed out when it isn't.

It's cool that you run the game at very high, but you don't have AA and you're using a graphic mod. Maxing out crysis would be very high (without mod) and full AA. Also using max size of your monitor.

Anyways, by judging the date of this video, im sure you upgraded your pc by now.

  • Good video card, but the CPU could bea little faster... usually better from 2.8 Ghx on. :)

  • Bullshit, no way in hell you're getting 25-30 fps with that setup. I've had it, and I can tell you, bullshit.

  • how big is your monitor bro? Also what resolution for the game and monitor?

  • Would this game run well on my computer?

    Specs:

    nVidia GeForce 3 Ti 200

    128 MB RAM

    500 MHz Pentium 3 CPU

  • @CornerSquid errr.....no man I'm sorry it wouldn't even start up. You need at least 1 gig ram to run any games nowadays, and thats not even running well most people won't go any lower than 4 gigs. This game requires at least a pentium 4 to run for minimum requirements, and I have never heard of your card, but I'm guessing its a pretty lowend one. I know you hate hearing this, but buy a new computer if you want to play anything at all, let alone Crysis! Sorry man. : (

  • @CornerSquid iiiyyyeeeaaa right...

  • @CornerSquid you would be lucky to run a default windows game

  • @CornerSquid

hey bro! nice PC. that is the latest specs out there in the market today. your system should handle crysis very very easily! I'd expect around atleast 40 FPS+ with all settings maxxed out, with Anti-Aliasing custom- setting by Nvidia C.P. at 16QCSSA. nice rig bro.

  • man i hope mine runs this game a little faster than this, otherwise i will have to turn the graphics down a little bit, and i HATE doing that, its like cutting inches off your dick...maybe not that dramatic. but damn close

  • what is your resolution?

  • so the xbox could play it? this card has the same power as the xbox if you look it up so xbox isnt that weak

  • @WarpeaceWar6

wtf? xbox is a 2900xt i believe. WAYYYYY Off dude.

  • dude...turn the specs down a bit and u can get 60 frames a second and have great graphics if u know the settings well

  • may i ask what resolution you are playing at?

  • Best 360p video quality i've seen on youtube.

  • 25-30 fps is perfectly playable, most console games run at that framerate and they're as smooth as creamy, lowfat butter...

  • 1)Windows xp? vista? seven?? 2)Directx 10 or 9 ? thanks :)

  • @Anonymouz6015 Win Vista x86 DirectX 10, no antialiasing

  • @rossi4656 whats antialiasing dos it suk

  • i want to know the name of your motherboard plz....

  • @safawarrior Asus M2N-VM DVI

  • You say "Maxed Out" and then No antialiasing! XD

In 1280x720 with all full graphics, and all at max I get 22-25 fps with this machine:

AMD Phenom II X4 955 BE

    MSI Nvidia 9800 GT 1GB

    Kingston 2x2GB Dual Channel 1333Mhz

    Windows XP SP3

  • @dmassive you should properly get a GeForce 9800 GTX+ or GeForce 9800 Gx2 graphics card. that'll help.

  • Is a 9800gt 512mb version with a 15 in 1 reader (w.e that is) and a intel core 2 duo 2.93ghz each good enough for this on max? I have 4gb ram

  • hey do u think my amd athlon duel core processor and 4.87 gigs of ram do u think mi pc can handle it

  • When I get enough money I plan on getting this card and two more gigs of RAM. I already have a quad core processor but two gigs of RAM and an 8600 GT aren't the best things to be running crysis with. :P

  • What if you have Amd Anthlon 64 x2 @2.4ghz each that a good enough proccesor? And would the card fit in an Acer Aspire x1300 model? Please look up for me or something Im new to comps

  • @jackpwnage117 you cant upgrade a laptops gpu most of the time. if you want to game get a desktop

  • @pmzlt It is a deskptop dude acer aspire x1300 is a desktop

  • please help im getting a new pc and want to know if this would run crysis on highest settings with playable FPS?

    intel core i7 860

    4gb ddr3 ram

    Nvidia 9800gt 1bg

    19 widescreen LCD

  • @MisticEditing definitely

  • @MisticEditing if you want crysis playable with 30 fps + you wont get good perfromance with 9800gt and the Intel core i7 is so much better then a 9800gt then id go with a ATI 5870 or something in that range.

Id just like to say its pretty much a lie that a 9800GT can play with 30 fps it drops all the way down to 14 fps and even lower when you are in a base with a lot of action. im running a "ATI 4870" and its much more powerfull and i have a faster CPU, does not run it maxed. im just sayin

  • @MisticEditing but some people call 15 fps playable so i dont know ...

  • i shit in my pants when i play crysis maxed out with my 9800 gt i didnt btry aa at 2x but maybe the fps will me like 20-30

  • en que resolucion tienes el juego ??

  • Hi, what is better ATI Radeon HD 5970 PCI-E 16X 2GB GDDR5 Video Card [DirectX 11 Support] OR BFG GTX 295?

  • @uphill248 ATI RADEON HD 5970 is more power than GTX 295..

  • @powerful013 u can play 1900X1600 wif 8xAA without lagg

  • @powerful013 no shit

  • @powerful013 and... a gtx 480 is mre powerfull than 5970 xD

  • @gtr500able Thats not true at all and be honest when you comment it isnt better nor faster but the min fps it drops to is 30fps which you will never go below that while the 5970 drops to 17fps min which its a very quick drop but its still faster but the the card right now for Tellessing would be 480 bc of its min but 5970 holds its own and more and uses less power and give you better fps and yeah I know the human eye can only see up to 30 blah blah blah but its just nice to see 100 or better lol

  • @Tuga777 yeah whatever it is both good cards, but do u know if i get a sli bridge or however u wanna call it when i get a motherboard with support for sli?

  • Comment removed

  • this video is fake>>>i get 17fps max on crysis warhead...core 2 duo 3.06ghz 3gb ram and 1gb 9800gt

  • @hedarfoota wich configuration do u have?

  • lol. when i think that how much time will it take to run the game without any lag at higher settings, my brain starts to laggg

  • I am getting a Core i5 750 Quad Core a EVGA P55 FTW SLI Motherboard 2gb of ram to start and this gpu because of budget issues. When i get more money i will get dual GTX 260's and 6 or 8 gb of ram.

    and good video:)

  • I have a ATI HD4350 1GB DDR2 + AMD Athlon II x2 215 2.71 GHz + 2Gb DDR2 RAM and the maximum I can play is medium !!!!

  • @punkercrazy55555

yeah..i think it's because of ur crap processor...if u want to stay with AMD processors, get X4 processors...

  • is nvidia graphic cards are good? shud i buy this card?

  • This video card its good but you also need a good processor.

  • @rossi4656 what is the minimum processor and cheap?

  • The minimum processor required its a dual core 2.4 GHz but a quad core its beter.

  • @rossi4656 hmmm....should i have ddr 2 or 3 and how many gb? and ram..

  • @rossi4656 is it good?

  • @rossi4656 no way, i had way better performance with my athlon dual core running at 3.2ghz than my 2.67 i7... a fuckin i7!

  • @Rrichthe3 o_O really?

  • @Rrichthe3 hahah fuck yeah xD

  • @Rrichthe3 i think you lie, mabee the i7 was just getting bottlenecked by other crappy components. this is impossible.

  • @Rrichthe3 crysis isnt a game to optimize all the cores at once. prob max is 2. and 3.2 ghz is faster than 2.67 as a single core.

  • @Rrichthe3 the dual core is faster here. Crysis only uses 2 cores and your two cores are clocked at 3.2 while the 4 cores are clocked at 2.67 hence using 2 cores making the i7 a 2.67 x2 making the 3.2 faster.

  • @johnykonta57 That's not how that works dude. clock speed is relative to the CPU architecture. A single core of an i7 running at 2.66ghz is about 50% faster than a single core of my phenom II at 3.0ghz. Comparing the clocks of an i7 compared to another CPU architecture is like comparing apples and oranges. The same rule applies to graphics cards.

  • @sairus002 k

  • @Pharmit24 The minimum processor requirement is an Intel Pentium 4, 2.8 GHz.

  • this game is not maxed out on this vid

  • what is your res?

  • in this video 1280x720 But i usually play with 1400x900

  • @rossi4656 lol play with 1680x1050 and you will get massive lagzorz

  • I actually got the game to all settings VERY HIGH except Shaders are on HIGH and 2x AA

  • How do you max it out?!?!

    I have an OC'ed 9800GT 512MB

    Intel Core2 Quad (Q9550)@2.83GHz

    4GB RAM!

All i can get is like 2x antialising and all settings High...

  • @matt10394 why the fuck are you using antialiasing ?

I mean if your running bellow 1024 x something then yeah ok 2x is enough.

but over... it makes no difference it just drains like 5-10 or more FPS.

  • Why the fuck are you using aa? lol that made me laugh.

However, I'm running the game at 1920x1200 lol

Also, i don't know why im using AA but it seems better.

  • @matt10394 LOL dude, you do NOT need antialiasing at that res! It will drain a whole lot of FPS, i really suggest not using it, because it really makes no difference :S

Antialiasing is made for low resulutions to fix un even edges.

but higher resulutions basicly got a inbuild anti aliaser, the higher you go, the smoother edges, and after 1200 x somethingicantremember, there is abselutely no need for it unless your some maniac enthusiast gamer with 8 GTX 295 AMP XXX Super ubers, in your PC

  • aa is more useful when u run it on lower res. it makes evertyrhing a little softer

  • Ok my system specs are AMD Athlon II x3, 6gb RAM, and an ATI Radeon 3100. If I replaced the card with a 9500gt 1gb would that be good enough for medium without lag?

  • Im Buying A New Pc Could I Play On very high with

    Phenom II X4 955(3.2GHz)

    4GB (2x2GB) DDR3 1333

NVIDIA GeForce 9800 GT 1GB PCI Express Video Card

  • Yes you can! Very well though instead of that 9800gt you should get an ati 5xxx Series card! And you will have an amazing gaming experience a 9800gt is ok but with that phenom II x4 A high end Gpu is worth it!

  • can i run this game on very high?

    my specs:

    Q9650@4ghz

    6gig ddr3 1866

    gtx 260 3 way sli

i hust bought a gaming pc and dont no anything about pc's

  • You can play all maxed aout with no problems

  • cool it should be here by wendays

  • wow, just got another 1 of these and im running them in sli...amazing FPS, i got like 45 AVG and 72 MAX

  • HD 4850 get more fps

    for the same price 99$

  • I need some one answer me, if i can play this game with source of 250 real watts using a Evga 9800GT 1GB? i have 3GB ram, CPU Dual Core 2.5Ghz. i just want to know if this card supports 250watts real.

  • @richardpupo do u mean the powersupply? cuz the card need 450 watt

  • @gtr500able 450watts? A ok. Good i have 550Watts, so its ok Thk

  • can this specs take this game?

    Intel Core™ 2 Duo E7500 Dual Core, 2.93Ghz

    Gainward GeForce 9800GT 1GB gddr3

    4GB Ram

  • Yes.

  • Watch This amazing video!!!

    watch?v=UYs09YvisYI

  • BULLSHIT !

  • what are the speeds you need to run this game well...

  • @AlbertInSanAntonio like 30 or more than 25 fps

  • How good can I run this game

    AMD Athlon II X4 Quad-Core Processor 620

    9800 GT 1 GB

    2gig's of RAM

  • High

  • You should be fine. Download the demo and give it a try. Let me know how it turns out.

  • I still don't have my specs yet ( In a few months i'll be able to get it)

  • hi guys i have a problem with crysis

i bought a new pc a few days ago and i wantet to play crysis..i startet the game and everything was set on medium and even medium settings hack..

    my system specs are:

    amd athlon x2 6000+ dual

    nvidia 9800gt green edition

    4 gb of ram

    win 7 64 bit

i think the game should run at least on ultra high

    can you help me?

    thx ;)

  • I got these FPS with my S939 Rig. AMD AThlon 64 X2 (2.0)

    4gb DDR400

    Evga 9600GSO 1gb DDR2

  • Just take a Intel and Nvidia.

  • can i run 9800gt:

    - intel pentium: 3 ghz -power supply unit: 600W

  • intel pentium WHAT? Dual core or quad core?

  • If the running on quad core processor and 9800gt the fps will increased more??

  • Yes, about 40 fps

  • What resolution you used in the video??i thinking to buy 9800gt 1gb because cheap ^^

  • @meishongzai If you spend a little more money you can get something that is much better than 9800gt 1gb (:

  • yup =)

  • Hey is the gts 240 a little better? I hear it's just an overclocked version of the 9800gt.

  • yes, i think 240 gts it's little better than 9800 gt

  • how much ram u running? I have the same PC specs and I just bought a 9800GT 1 GB I currently have 2 GBs of ram...

  • 4 gb ram

  • can i run this on my PC

    intel I7 920 @4Ghz

    sapphire HD 5870x2 (in crossfire)

    32gb of ddr3 RAM

    2.5TB HARD Drive

    someone please ?

  • Hmm...I wonder...

  • u dont think so .. isn't it ? :s

  • Nah, you can't run Crysis on those specs, must have a Core i9 @ 13GHz and a HD 9820 24GB xD

  • max settings 25-40 fps

  • i think you can't cause you dont have a screen

  • bad for me :s

  • 32 gb of ddr3 ram.. rofl :P

  • @BoXeLwOw Nope Ur gonna get 1 FPS :)

  • @308beatZ u are wrong i actualy get 3!!

  • @BoXeLwOw =O DAMN ME !!!

  • @308beatZ take it easy, u were too close .

  • Ok...

  • if someone gets 1FPS then the game is likely crash..

  • No ive gotten 1fps on a shitty computer and it didnt crash

  • yeah..ok now, i do respect your opinion...but i think your lying....no offence.

  • U think im lying lmfao im serious it didnt crash but it was so laggy.

  • @lizedine iv had 1 fps on a game called wolfteam on my old laptop cuz i was recording with fraps, it didnt crash right away but 5-10 secs later it did

  • @BoXeLwOw u cant run it no, u dont have a motherboard :<

  • Can I run this game?

    Intel Core 2 Quad @ 2.66 GHz

    Nvidia GeForce 9800GT

    4GB of DDR2 @ 800 MHz

    500GB Hard Drive

  • yes you can

  • do any one of you know how big this card is?? ?

because i have a small case and if its to big then I'm going to go for the 295 and make it fit :P

  • go on the Nvidia site and it will tell you

  • Cool man, i got EXACTLY the same PC as u! =D But i have 1920x1080 widescreen monitors, so playable res for me is 1650x 1500 or something, and even then its ~25 fps - good graphics cards for good price! =)

P.S. on 1920x1080 resolution it is only 10 fps, but on Crysis warhead on 1920x1080 and enthusisas 0xAA it is 20 fps, so Warhead runs better for me,

    Sorry for my bad english

  • Seems pretty playable...just got this card, can't wait to play. What res are you playing at?

  • 1280x720

  • can i run this game..?

    AMD Phenom 9650 (4x 2,3 GHz

    4GB DDR2-RAM PC-800 (2x 2GB)

    nVidia GeForce 9800GT mit 1024MB

  • Sure man, you can run this game maxed out.

  • thx for the information :)

  • so what if no AA the game still runs grear 25-30 fps and verry high Lol

  • is this game multyplayer? and are you running full setting with that graphics card?

  • is the game even fun?

  • FUN=Crysis

  • a quick thing you might wanna do when wanting a lower fps, just lower water settings. if you are in a beach area lowering it from high to medium could literally make a 20 fps difference

  • Im torn between getting this card or a 8800gtx. Screen res 1280x1024

    2gb ram

    dual core 3GHz

    500gb 7200rpm seagate

any advice would be great, thanks

p.s. what setting do you think i could run this on?

  • 8800gtx is better than 9800gt. Anyway i think you could run this game maxed out.

  • with no AA lol
