  • can i ask, what is the difference if you use I (as in I am...) as na-neun or nae-ga? like in your example of 'I am adam' and 'I am buying the book' ? THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH. YOU ARE ACTUALLY DAMMMMMN HELPFUL! this whole series is kickassz! :D

  • Okay, this is a loose rule. In general, you use 나는 this implies that you've been talking mentioned yourself before somewhere you were talking. 내가 is when you JUST brought yourself up in the conversation. From then on, you want to use 나는. Even with that rule, 나는 is often preferred overall.
