This guy kinda sounds like Bill Clinton in some parts. As for my official rating, my patented argument-o-meter registered a brief 4 out of 10 when he said shutup. Otherwise a modest 2 out of 10. No yelling or cursing which begins at 6 out of 10 on my patented meter. Very boring and mudane.
