@bestinfadel Most authors who covered the war eg.Robert Fisk & Patrick Seale state that the war began cos the 30% Christian minority obbressed & ruled the Muslim majority.The lack of political,economic & cultural disintegration btwn Christians & Muslims caused the war.PLO,US,Israel,Syria,Iran,added to the destruction of Lebanon but the core of the conflict was purely Lebanese.The PLO wasnt the sole source of the war cos in '82 they withdrew but the war continued until '90.Do u hv a PLO complex?

u should just know that the lebanese civil war lasted for 15 years where there was stages if u want....in the 2 yrs war or the 1975-1976 which was the most brutal, the clashes erupted due to the kisenger plan...to make the christians leave the country in order that the palestinians refugees and the palestinians all over the middle east would replace them...in a way that israel would benefit from all her territory not worrying about all those palestinians who are being kicked off their home
