  • Always loved this song, thinking of doing a cover

  • 0:00. Free replay button

  • Buen vídeo.

  • Who's that little old man? I dunno, but he's very clean...

  • lol yet another old grumpy man XD

  • Good upload, If you wanted to see Powergirl sing "I'll Cry Instead" you had to be on the corner of Lavalle and Florida streets in Buenos Aires during March of 2010. Then you could give me applause for it. I love singing this song.

  • 1 dislike is the girl.

  • I hate the part after 1:52

  • @KidzCount2 Oh, very original.

  • @CrispyRingo I didn't say I wanted to be original.

  • @KidzCount2 You didn't have to :) But dw, the originals are the best ^^

  • They were the best and you know it. End of conversation ;D

  • i do get it. i get something. so did jimi.

  • @MRBEB123 The Beatles are better than you say.

  • @charly9927: luckily there has only ever been one Michael Jackson and he was already dead when you made this unnecessarily stupid remark- so cannot live to achieve more greatness than he has.I love all of the Beatles-songs and I love Michael Jackson and 2 years onwards still cry for him. Please be more respectful and sensitive with remarks.R.I.P-MJ,John and George- the world loves you, yeah, yeah, yeah, and u know that can't be bad.Love, peace to all,and give peace a chance-yes also youCharly9927

  • @stonegrooved george martin did a lot of things above being just the producer.....he actually played piano on a few of their songs

  • and if a could get my way, i get myself some love today, but a cant so i'll cry instead

  • awww george at the end! rip

  • Don't get me wrong. I love "Can't Buy Me Love," but I sure wish they could have found a spot for this song in the movie. I absolutely adore "I'll Cry Instead." One of my favorite Beatles songs. And it seems so effortless.

  • @buddy51 I think they have

  • sorry we hurt your fields, mister!

  • soory we hurt ya field mista XD

  • The same John Lennon who performed this song also sang the song Imagine and divorced his wife so he could get involved in a race mixed relationship with a super ugly divorced Asian Female from Japan 10 years older than himself. It is hard to imagine how far down hill some people can go after having achieved so much. Liberalism will do that to a person.

  • @MrBEB123

what's wrong with japanese women, and why is that a down hill move?

    surely love has no boundaries.

  • @UltimateVenom Quality has boundaries and race mixing is the opposite of quality.

  • @MrBEB123

i don't agree with that but that's your opinion so i respect that.

i just can't fathom why race mixing is such a big taboo since we are all the same species. it's not like a dog fucking a horse, which would be funny but wouldn't be right.

  • @MrBEB123 YOU IGNORANT RACIST,PIG.

WHY THE HELL ARE YOU LISTENING TO A BEATLES SONG THEN? THEY WERE THE BIGGEST LIBERALS GOING.

AND YOU SAY LIBERAL LIKE IT'S A BAD THING. WHAT WORD COMES FROM LIBERAL? LIBERATION. I GUESS YOU FASCISTS ARE TOO THICK TO REALISE THAT BY PUTTING A NEGATIVE SPIN ON LIBERALISM THEN YOU MAY AS WELL CONDEMN LIBERATION TO EXPRESSION ON EVERYTHING .

ALSO, YOKO ONO IS A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. AND I'M PRETTY SURE SHE IS PRETTIER THAN YOU ON BOTH THE INSIDE AND HE OUTSIDE

  • @LittleMissMoops The word liberal comes from being liberal with the truth, in other words bending the truth which is the same thing as lying, just a nicer way of saying it. Ono was ugly and everyone knows it, even she knows it. Liberalism was responsible for the early demise of both Lennon and Harrison although I don't have enough space to explain it here, certainly there was a lack of good judgment on the part of both of those two ex Beatles. Outside of music the Beatles were idiots.

  • @MrBEB123 How were they idiots mista? They were pure geniuses in music and out of it. I respect your opinion but I don't see were you are coming from. They were quite smart.

  • solo necesita 1.52 minutos para ser hermosa !!

  • !!!!!

Cada vez me encantan mas !

  • @charly9927: Oh, don't even think of that! Then there'd be 100 Michael's ripping off of The Beatles' fame! And the money!

  • tht is actually here cant buy me love is and this is an awsome song

  • Lennon is probably the best rock vocalist ever. I feel fine, Tell me why, Revolution, etc.

  • The Beatles are always be the best

  • Harrison's Gretsch Country Gentleman guitar puts the perfect tone into this song's instrumentation, too.

  • oh john ill hold wen u cry i wont hurt u

  • As much as I love the Beatles music, I love Michael's music just as much and he did receive the Artist of the Century Award.

  • @musterdable They were young, :-)

  • @ PopandFresh710 did you dub this over with I'll Cry Instead? I was just curious because I have the movie Hard Days Night on DVD and have seen it many years ago before VHS and DVD even existed and that scene where they run out of the studio contained Can't Buy Me Love, not I'll Cry Instead. Not that I'm complaining, I was just curious.

  • where was the scene starting at .34 seconds filmed at? does anyone know

  • @mrbeatlesmaniac1 hi, the scene you were asking about was filmed at the Thornbury Playing Fields in Middlesex London.............

  • im not really a big fan of the beatles i don't hate them, i just dont like there music very much

  • @jasondeangelis not trying to be mean, but then why are you listing to them?

  • @1zxsder

my freind brought me here he loves them and your comment wasent mean

  • I love this song the lyrics are so awesome! *.* <3

  • what guys......

  • A song of rebellion yet so fragile.

  • This is my FAVORITE song on the album. I'm only 14 but I remember when I was younger, like around 11, I used to make my dad play this album [or beatle's one] in the car all the time and this song was my favorite! I would listen to it like 15 times in a row or something and I missed it.

  • @unlimitedfunlol congratulations for your good music taste despite being so young!

  • I love the beetles

  • @jessicafischerqueen i also love ur spelling,.

  • @MrBEB123 WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU? racist.

  • @princesschrissy555 Nothing. I am a racialist which is somewhat different. Racism is a sin only to a liberal and a liberals point of view counts for nothing.

  • @MrBEB123 well i think thats wrong. everyones equal.

  • @MrBEB123 I hope each and every one of your children marries an alien, when we find them in 2012.

  • if you made as fool by girlfriend (boyfriend) this is the best song to cheer you up....thank you beatles for this song, thank you a lot

  • Nice song.

    Led it Be.

  • It may be me, but I enjoy these lesser played songs: (i.e I'll Cry Instead, This Boy, Things We Said Today, etc.) so much more than the later stuff that seems nothing more than filler and self-indulgent like the White Album and Abbey Road. Call me crazy...

  • @smurillo1972

    You're not crazy, completely agree.

  • @achtungbobby160281 yes indead

  • @smurillo1972 Oh I love This Boy!

  • This song rocks so much!! this is a great song but they let them out of the titles this could be another number one

  • its not can't buy me love

  • ya its "can't buy me love"

    but both songs are AWESOME!

    so it doesnt matter :)

  • It would be interesting to know what would have happened if this had been kept in the movie, as originally intended. I love "Can't Buy Me Love" but I don't know why it needed to be showcased, twice.

  • @toryst478......yes you are correct. John Lennon wrote this song for the movie A Hard Days Night, but director Dick Lester didnt want it. So they used "Cant Buy Me Love" twice in the film. Also, when the Hard Days Night record albums came out, the U.S. version of this song has an extra verse in it, compared to the British album release.

  • "We're out!"

  • sorry we hurt yur field mistah! LOL luv themm<33:D

  • hahah, thats fucking amazing :D <3

  • "and show you what you lovin man can do" I love that part.

  • @strgazr Warum magst du das?

  • "Sorry we hurt your field, Mister" LOL

  • not even 100 Michael Jacksons will ever achieve the Beatles' greatness!

  • @charly9927 100 Micheal Jacksons, please. Didn't one do enough damage to children and music!?!? It only took one Micheal Jackson to piss off Paul, ruin their friendship and go behind his back and buy the Beatles' musical catalog! Anyone who feels that MJ is better than the Beatles must have some sort of mental, social or emotional disorder! :P

  • @classiclistener01 I agree 100% with you!

  • @charly9927 Ok--- as much as that hurts, you are absolutely correct.

  • @charly9927 screew you D:<

  • @charly9927 These are 2 that should not be compared. The Beatles were the greatest musical group, Michael Jackson, the greatest solo/dance artist.

  • @babygore0599 I'm not comparing, just stating a fact.

  • @charly9927 As did I.

  • @charly9927 Actually you are stating your opinion and I'm stating my opinion.

  • @charly9927

You just earned my respect!!! I agree with you 100%.

  • @charly9927

You just gained my respect!!! Totally agree with you!!! Every song out there by any entertainer will never get or keep my attention like The Beatles have since 1964l!!!

  • @charly9927: or a 1,000, or 10's of thousands...

  • @charly9927 Tell that to my friend he keeps sayin' michael jackson's better than the beatles, I'm like bullshit, man, bullshit! Well he likes the beatles also but he just likes MJ better.

  • @charly9927 Just their money.

  • This is a great illustration of John's intention for the song.

Its about fleeing the responsibilities. In terms of the burdens of fame. But also how he was sleeping around why they were touring. Which is well known. Its a forerunner to the song "Help". Both rare undetected glimpses to his emotional state during the touring phase of their career.

  • If this had been in the film like this, I suspect it would have been detected more than Help was. With the song almost illustrated by escaping footage. Unique from The Beatles performing love songs to no one in particular.

  • the beatles forever!!!!!!!!!!!!paul president and ringo vice!!!!!!!!!

  • "Sorry we 'urt yer field misteh" XD

  • Lol it fits so well!

    Great job!

  • I love this song. Kinda bluegrassy in a way.

  • This is sooo cool!!!!!! I know they were supposed to use this song here instead of Cant Buy Me Love, but I never knew how it would work with this scene. Both sound great!!!!!! :DDD

  • this is the best group of the history

  • wasn't this suppose the original song playing during this scene?

  • Yes, and in the current new release they changed it to Can't Buy Me Love. Don't ask me why; I liked it just the way it was originally.

  • was cant buy me love in the original one? cuz i know that this is in the beginning of the new one. but i don't recall cant buy me love being anywhere else in the movie.

  • "Can't Buy Me Love" was played in that weird back-and-forth-between-the-studio-and-police station chase scene near the end.

  • like, the part after Ringo and Paul's granddad get arrested?

  • It's always been Can't Buy Me Love

  • @PopandFresh710 Yeah it's always been man I have the original movie

  • that's cool that you changed it. it kinda fits.

  • i like this music
