Good advice, it doesn't matter about the workout program because it's all about YOU and how YOU bring it and what YOU put in your mouth. Glad you're enjoying Supreme 90 Day, I enjoyed P90X also and tell people these two programs are different but will do the same thing but it's up to you to do the rest.
